Brentleygoodwin provides executive advisory services in operational restructuring, production process optimization, and business efficiency for large corporations in Argentina. Services are provided under specific agreements detailing scope, deliverables, and timelines.
The client agrees to provide truthful and complete information about their operations, facilitate access to their facilities and personnel, and comply with agreed schedules. Any delay attributable to the client may modify delivery timelines without penalty to Brentleygoodwin.
Brentleygoodwin does not guarantee specific financial results nor is it liable for management decisions made by the client based on our recommendations. Brentleygoodwin's maximum liability in any claim is limited to the total amount paid for the service in the last 12 months. Indirect damages or loss of business opportunities are excluded.
All information exchanged during the provision of the service is considered confidential. Reports, methodologies, and tools developed by Brentleygoodwin are its intellectual property. The client receives a limited use license for the deliverables, without the right to redistribute or modify without express authorization.
The service agreement will be in effect for the period stipulated in the contract. Either party may terminate the contract with 30 days' notice. In the event of a material breach, the affected party may terminate the agreement immediately. Upon termination, the client must return all confidential materials of Brentleygoodwin.
Brentleygoodwin reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be notified through the website at least 15 days in advance. Continued use of the site after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Argentine Republic. Any dispute shall be submitted to the ordinary courts of the Autonomous City of Buenos Aires, with express waiver of any other jurisdiction or venue.
